Second international colloboration event is a capacity building trainings (networking) for NGOs representatives and study visit of Finnish NGOs ( one of them was Fimigrant RY, UN Association of Finland,  FINGO (Finnish development organsiations platform)  by Nordic-Baltic oganisation CSOs and youth .

Conducted a capacity building trainings for NGOs (providing new skills & knowledge on organisation management, communication and marketing in social media, global cooperation, policy making, advocacy and networking). Events has been happening on 3-5.12.2021 in Helsinki, Finland.

Target groups: All partners NGOs representatives, active young people, policy makers, invited stakeholders/bodies as experts from Nordic countries

Promoting the colloboration perspective of Nordic –  Baltic CSOs between each other and other stakeholder in frame of SDGs and CSOs networking.

Study visit has allowed to introduce Nordic best practices on CSOs capacity building. Target group: NGOs representative, young people from Nordic-Baltic, stakeholders. Totally planed 20 participants.

TRAINING AND STUDY VISIT AGENDA

Programme will consist of training session and lectures by experts, sharing best practicies part and  practical work on the   and speeches, panel discussions, workshops, study visits, a round table and World Café discussions involving all participants. Participants will share own best practicies and positive (negative) experiences – and emphasise to new NGOs and  younger participants their perspectives on the ‘art of the possible in improving own CSOS capacity.’ The focus will be to contribute effectively as to empower NGOs leaders to bulild strong and independent organisation and to stay actively involved and contribute to  the UN’s SDG goals – and get other stakeholders (educational, cultural, social, youth and political institutions) involved into sutainable and mutual colloboration.
