To explore the impact of geopolitical challenges on European security and to discuss pathways for strengthening societal resilience and achieving stability through international cooperation and multi-stakeholder engagement.

Registration Fee Early bird: 200 EUR for foreign delegates and 100 for Estonian delegates.
Registration Fee regular:275 EUR for foreign delegates (after 15.09.2026)
Special agreements with networks members are possible (Concord Europe, Anna Lindh Foundation Network, Green Habito, EuroMeduc etc).
Foreign delegate package includes a 3-day conference, 3 nights accommodation (in Toila or near by hotels), meals in frame of the event agenda, local transportation, materials and evening/cultural programme (spa visit).

We can guarantee your participation only if you have valid travel documents, flight tickets to Estonia, you confirm that you are healthy, you have paid your participation fee and you have been approved by organizers to take part in the conference.
