Please find in attachment a practical guide regarding the conference.

You will be met by our colleagues in the airport with the poster sign

I also want to ask all of you if you want to visit the Estonian Parliament or European Commission on the 28th November 2024 for early arrivals before 12.00 am.

Please provide us your final choice of where you would like to go (Parliament of Commission) and also put the number of the Passport or ID card (as we need to present data for the security office in the Parliament/ EC).

You will have to take with you the same document Passport or ID to present it at the entrance.

NB! We need your replies by tomorrow 27.11 at 14.00 pm , so we could guarantee your entrance into the buildings.

Accommodation is according to the rooming list in Narva. 

NB!!! Transportation to Narva is organised and we meet at 17.00 pm in front of the Hestia Hotel Europa (Paadi 5, Tallinn) and we go to Ulimiste Shopping centre https://www.ulemiste.ee/en/ in LIDO for dinner, after that we will travel to Narva (at 18.30 pm). with two buses.

If you arrive later than 17.00 no worries we will pick you up and drive to Ulimiste Shopping centre / or directly to Narva by car.
