We are pleased to invite you to participate in the Security and Civil Society Conference 2026, an international high-level event bringing together experts, policymakers, civil society representatives, researchers, youth leaders, and stakeholders from across Europe and partner regions.
Following the successful format of previous editions, the conference will convene a diverse group of participants to engage in dialogue, share expertise, and develop practical solutions to today’s complex and interconnected security challenges. Previous conferences have gathered international experts, governmental institutions, NGOs, and community leaders to address pressing issues of security, resilience, and cooperation .
Goal
The conference aims to explore the impact of contemporary geopolitical and societal challenges on European security and to discuss pathways for strengthening resilience, stability, and peace through international cooperation and multi-stakeholder engagement.
With the support of leading experts and speakers, the conference will provide a platform to better understand and interpret today’s complex crisis environment, analyse its root causes and societal impacts, and anticipate emerging risks. It will promote informed dialogue, increase awareness within civil society, and strengthen cooperation between public institutions, civil society organisations, and the private sector.

- Societal security and resilience in the Nordic countries, the Baltic States, and the Arctic region
- Regional cooperation, human-centered security, and the role of civil society

Conference format
The conference will follow a multi-day format combining expert discussions, working sessions, and networking opportunities, building on previous editions that included intensive programmes and stakeholder dialogue .

Registration, Fees, and Practical Information:
Registration is open from 1 June to 20 November 2026, or until places are full. Early registration is encouraged as the conference is limited to 120 foreign delegates and 30 Estonian delegates.
Registration Fees:

150 EUR for NGO delegates (all-inclusive package, until 30 Oct)

250 EUR for regular delegates (all-inclusive package, after 1 Nov)
Participation fee includes (all-inclusive package):
- Attendance at the 3-day conference
- 3 nights of accommodation in 3–4* hotels (shared twin rooms)
- Meals (buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner) during the conference agenda
- Local transportation, conference materials, and cultural programs
